Remission Gone...
After being pregnant from about September 2009-June 2010...I've now started to get the symptoms again. I've decided to start logging now to see if I can gain a better control on everything before it gets worse again!!!

Breakfast: vanilla yogurt w/ honey and oat granola
Lunch: 2 sandwiches on wheat w/ mayo (beef and turkey)
Dinner: Pizza
Snacks: Cheese Crackers, Spam
Symptoms: itching skin, redness, hives on chest, small hives on legs, joint pain in shoulder and elbow of left arm.
